David Johnston

David started Echoic Audio in 2010 with best mate Tom Gilbert. Based at their Bristol, UK studio the pair create music and sound design compositions for many leading brands and creative agencies.

There’s also an expanse of personal work through many genres. They’ve carved a niche collaborating with artists on award-winning experimental films and a range of title sequences for OFFF & Pause Fest to name a few.

Echoic have been seen talking about their work at events such as Playgrounds Festival, Thread and See No Evil as well as hosting lectures such as a two week course for students at Hyperisland.

Ambitious, creative and great fun to work with. Echoic Audio are well worth getting to know.
