Jody Sugrue

An award-winning Creative Director and strategist, I lead multi-disciplinary teams: words, pictures, audio, design, video, and experiences. Not necessarily in that order. Formerly of enRoute 🛫, TIFF 🎥, National Geographic 🌍, Showtime 🔴 and Frog 🐸. I also co-founded a design firm called morel.

I was most recently hired on by Bookmark Content agency to help launch a rebrand for enRoute across print, web, video, inflight entertainment, and social and lead the team creating the new design & content for those channels. You can virtually travel here!

Previously I was at TIFF where I created their in-house studio that produced and curated across all spaces. This included leading a talented and mixed team of video producers, web producers, designers, social media producers, and developers to create original content, branded content, drive conversations, campaigns and experiences. We also got to do fun things like this.

My other brand experiences include National Geographic, frog design and Showtime Network in the U.S. I currently live in Toronto with my husband, my son, my two cats and my coffee maker. On a typical day you can find me shooting random things on my phone and posting them on instagram.
